Website Publishing Notes
Publish this package as a tailor-made guided hiking and culture with the price shown as a planning 'From' benchmark. Driving times, air schedules, border procedures and wildlife sightings remain subject to real operating conditions. Typical inclusions: private or scheduled transfers stated in the final itinerary, local walking guides, accommodation and meals as confirmed, park fees when Mkomazi or Saadani is included, and safari vehicle services on wildlife days. Typical exclusions: international flights, visas, insurance, tips, drinks, optional marine/cultural activities and personal expenses.
Day by day
Follow the rhythm of your safari.
Each day is designed with a gentle balance of movement, discovery and time to simply be in the wild.
Usambara
Destination: Usambara / Lushoto Travel to Lushoto in the West Usambara Mountains and settle into the cooler highland environment. A short orientation walk can be arranged through nearby gardens, farms or town streets if arrival time allows. The first day is kept gentle so the hiking program can begin properly the next morning.
Night accommodation: Lawns Hotel Lushoto or Lushoto Executive Lodge
Usambara
Destination: Usambara / Lushoto Take a locally guided walk through farms, villages and forest-edge scenery toward the Irente area and selected viewpoints. The exact route is adjusted to weather and fitness, with time to learn about highland agriculture and daily life. The Usambara program is about slow travel and landscape connection rather than technical trekking.

Usambara
Destination: Usambara / Lushoto Spend the day on guided highland trails around Magamba and nearby forest environments. The walk can combine birdlife, forest ecology, village paths and viewpoints, with distance adapted to the group's ability.
