How we use information

When information is shared
We share the minimum information needed with travel suppliers and service providers, such as accommodation, transport, guides, activity providers, payment providers and technology services. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect safety, rights or property.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legitimate business records or legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, although no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the information we hold, request correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where relevant, request restriction or portability, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain information needed for legal, accounting, safety or dispute purposes.
